Packaged take home weight on a half of beef is approximately 250- 270 pounds, That all will depend on your cutting order.

What type of packaging is used?
The processor will white wrap cuts with butcher paper or vacuum packs and freezes all custom beef. Ground beef will be packaged in bags in 1lb, 2lb or 5lb bags. It will last in your freezer for 2-5 years without freezer burning, unless the seal gets broken.
