I ordered the pre trimmed brisket. It made one of the best briskets I’ve cooked. I’ll definitely buy again.
I also ordered the beef sticks but my boys ate them before I could get a chance to try them. So I’d say they’re awfully good.
I also appreciate the packaging the meat came in. It was still solidly frozen and I didn’t have an obnoxiously sized styrofoam contraption to throw away like other companies.
