The filet was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of rich flavor. I paired it with Dungeness crab for a special dinner and the combination was restaurant-quality—honestly better than many steakhouses I’ve tried. You can tell a lot of care goes into the quality and handling of their meat. Shipping was smooth, everything arrived fresh, and the experience felt personal and thoughtful.
