What’s a Chuck Eye

Until I visited York Nebraska I had never heard of a cut of meat called Chuck eye! Culinary school and life never mentioned it! Touring and dining at McLean opened my eyes to the butcher’s prize! I love Chuck Eye steak!! Thanks
