We pick the top end of our cattle and Dry Age the carcass for 2-3 weeks to ensure a beefy flavor and tenderness.

What type of packaging is used?
Our meat comes individually vacuumed packed. Ground beef is either in 1lb tubes or 1lb vacuumed packages. It will last in your freezer for 2-5 years without freezer burning, unless the seal gets broken.

We loved how the meat was packaged individually in the 1lb packages. I ordered online and when I arrived it was ready and packaged in a cooler. Everyone was so nice and professional. We had a steak that night for dinner and it was excellent!

Very happy over all with all products in the beef 25 lb bag. Only criticism is the Denver steaks where very tough. In the future we will dice them and add them to stews or soups. But will be ordering again!
